imcomplte study material

I have registered with Intec College from late September of 2014. Intec delivered my study material to the incorrect place on November. On January I laid a complaint with one of the consultants. They forwarded proof of delivery that they had delivered. When I checked the proof of delivery my contact numbers were incorrect the wrong person received my study material. On February I spoke to Natasha I gave all the Serial Numbers of all the study material that I have not received. I'm disappointed with the service that Intec has given me.
