Im experiencing problems with Intec college

Im experiencing problems with Intec college. I have completed my course in March 2021 even though it was under difficult encounters with Intec college and still having problems with getting my certificate. I have sent numerous emails to be referred to the faculty head to date i have not received any response from the faculty head.
