Im angry

I don't know If I'm a student there or a Victim. I registered with Intec college end of 2019 but still I'm still waiting for my course to be changed. I don't who to talk to anymore because I have been sent from pillar to post. This school is a ****. My fees as re paid in full but yet I'm still waiting. Why students b are being treated this way at Intec. I hate this school for waiting my time and playing with my future. All the managers I spoke to they told me there is nothing they can do to assist but they are not willing to pay back my fees.
