I WANT MY MONEY RETURNED!

i don't know how intec colege still exists with the bad service they give their student. You never get a hold of student support if you have any enquiries. You have better luck to call Home affairs than you have calling student support no one ever answers. If you email them they get back to you in 3 months, by that time you miss the due dates if you need help with exams or assignments. I have emails dated back to two years where I need assistance before exams or assignments due dates, where they never get back to me then i miss my due dates. I have tried cancelling and asked my money to be returned they told me they cant return my money because my course expired although the email I sended was before the date it expired. I tried speaking to Philip Slater but the arogant very rude receptionist told me she will not put me thru to anyone not even HR although I told her i previously spoke to someone in HR and they recomended I must speak to Philip. She told me I should just call again and again student support or email or leave a message after I explained I cant I need assistance today she told me well she doesn't know what I should do and transferred me any way to student support. I held on for 40 min and still have not spoken to anyone. I was trying to register for DHET exams but the Centre I chose to write my exam told me they don't know if I should give my registration forms to them i should contact Intec who by the way the college is a part of Educor. I am writing here today to tell Intec that I want my money returned so that I could go study somewhere else where they will actually assist me and I don't have to fight each day if I need help. I'm sure if I go to court with al the evidence I do have I will win the case.
