I want my money back ASAP

I am up to here fed UP.<br> <br> It is now 2 and a half months I have paid for the course, I only received the second part of the study. After the first complaint, received call the next day, after another fight about the study material on email. <br> Shakier last week Thursday said the study material will be dispatch. It is a week later not study material.<br> I am sure no other person enrolling for a course have to endure this kind of service from Intec.<br> <br> I do not want to hear anything from this Shakier, with his smooth talk, I want his superior to call me to sort this out, because if he calls I will most possible shout at him and swear at him that not even the sea will clean him.<br> <br> I have send him two mails and no response also back from him.<br> <br> If my study material is not Monday 16 February 2015 delivered to me, I want my money back asap to find another college to get the books from, I already lost a month and half to study.
