I want my money back

I’m paying intec 10000rand all for them to tell me I must get my results from department of education! They have only sent me 3 study guides! I haven’t received my student card yet and they say they have sent it on 10th June! The student portal doesn’t work! And they make you hold for long period of times and want to justify their downfalls instead of assisting ! I’m so tired of this! Why am I paying 10000rand if they aren’t providing me with a service?! I want a refund and the telling me about a cancellation fee?! What for ?! When they haven’t provided me with any help whatsoever!!!! Please help me get my money back
