I sign up with them for a Child development course

On the 4th March 2015, I signed up with Intec college to do my Child development course. My student number is ***, My name is Annalize Kriel. I paid my deposit of R 1000. They promised me that my study material will be delivered in 21 working days. On the 4th of April, I did not received my study material and no one contacted me to explain what is going on. I called them and they promised me someone will contacted me in 48-72 hours. Nothing happend, no-one called me. I sent emails and with every email I have a promise that someone will called me back in 48 hours. No-one called. The debit order went off of R 369.00 and still I don't have anything to show for it. I called them again on *** and a Lady told me the material is on its way. I asked for a reference no and she promised the reference number will be sent to my phone. I did not received a reference number on my phone and still no one called me to tell me what is going on. It is the worse treatment anyone can ever give someone who sign up to study with you, who trust you and believe in you. I don't what to study through them anymore. They are bad, bad, bad news. My calls to them is 4 and emails is 6.
