I NEED MY EXAM CONFIRMATION LETTER!!!

My student no is *** ,email ***. I am starting to write my exams tomorrow and I still don't have my confirmation letter. I have been calling for the past three weeks and they keep saying they escalated to the exam department and I should check my mail. I won't be allowed to write my exams to an error from their side after I registered and paid on time. I need this letter not only for the exam but as proof for work as well. I need this sorted today!! I don't understand why I have to beg this institution for the bare minimum for everything whereas I have paid them in full hassle free
