I need my Certificate

Good day, I was one of the student at Intec college in 2001 and my student number was B910661 ,I finish my course, I also paid full amount but I wait for my certificate till to date I don't have ,I went to pretoria branch and the lady said I must phone Cape town where I was enrolled I try to call but phone just ringing, indeed my certificate that's all.
