i need explanation about the fees/course

Dear hellopeter<br> <br> in 2003 i registered with intec college,according to my knowledge i finished paying off my fees,i was even allowed to write my exam.to my suprise untill now im still waiting for my papers,my statement of result etc<br> on friday i called students help dest,spoke to another guy who was very rude,i asked to speak to his superior,he immediately acted as if he cant hear me them he dropped the phone right in my ear.i asked for my statement and i was told that my account was handed over,and he didnt want to give me any info or some sorts.according to my understanding if your account its arrears you wont be allowed to write exams of which i did write my exams but since then i didnt get any correspond from them.all i ask its they must go back and trace all my payments records expalin to me how much did i owe them and how did i owe them that amount after i finished paying off for my fees.
