I don't know who to call or to email at INTEC College.

Management at INTEC COLLEGE please respond on my emails. I've been sending emails to each and every department at INTEC but I didn't get a response from any. I usually don't write bad reviews but I have no other choice. Unfortunately your customer service is "Pathetic". I have been requesting to cancel my course, with which a friendly consultant at INTEC assisted me with. She was so kind and helpful. She gave me the email address to whom my cancelation forms should be emailed to but I haven't received any response back from the cancelations department.
