I am not receiving study material.

I registered with Intec College in January 2015 for a Diploma in general management and paid the required fees. I was informed on 27/01/2015 that the study material has been dispatched. To date I have not received anything. I tried to phone to find out where the material is with the only answer that they will come back to me within 48 hours, which is not acceptability for me. I have now already lost a month and cannot afford to lose another 48 hours to receive a answer. Surely it can not be that difficult to follow up what happened to the study material. I am starting to worry if this institution is for real and if I lost my money on a ****.
