How long must a student wait?

Still waiting to receive my certificate and assignments which were collected for verification. </p> <p>Have phoned Intec a couple of times.. And this morning received sms saying case has been closed eventhough I am still waiting to hear what is going on. This really is getting ridiculous. Seems they are quick to take your money bolut in the end they dont deliver</p>
