How does this place still exist!!

Worst collage ever, I registered with them in July to do my Diploma in accounting, I received a log-in from them for my student portal and nothing since. I have sent countless E-mails asking for assistance and asking for a tutor to contact me but nothing. I submitting Assignments and never received the marks for them going on 3 months now. I did however receive an invitation to write exams on subjects I haven't even done! Not sure how I qualified for that. I Tried phoning them was on hold for almost 2 hours before my airtime cut out! I have spent almost R6000 so far and have nothing to show for it!! I have no idea how this collage still exists. How have they not been shut down!!
