HORROR COLLEGE

If you're thinking of registering with INTEC, DON'T. 2019 January i registered a course with this college, the sales rep make it easy for you to register- which is expected but that is as far as it goes. For the first 3 months i couldn't log onto my student portal to access my study material,i called in so many times and the consultants couldn't log in either or even help me with a way forward. Mind you, their debit orders are still going through. I requested that they cancel/de-register me as i am not getting any service that i have been paying for. After sending million emails, i get an apparent respond from the College refusing to de-register or refund me and they were saying the IT department had created my online profile and claiming i have had access to the student portal. WHICH IS TOTAL LIES. I had to stop their debit orders, It has been very frustrating dealing with this college. And they even had it in them to go and list a default on my Credit Bureau profile , total #@@#W$^@!!! I have sent endless emails but nothing has been done.

I say again, DO NOT REGISTER WITH THIS COLLEGE!!!
