HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM INTEC COLLECGE

I app**** to study with them in 2018 and i paid R3000,00 for registration, The student advisor said they will send me study material and they did not sent me the books and i called them to request the books they said they sent them and i of which i still have not received them up until now. i requested them t cancel my contract with them they refused they told me i must pay for the full course and then they will cancel my contract. and now they have handed me over to the credit bureau.
