Horrible Service

Intec College, after almost two months of enquiries and begging I still have not received feedback regarding my assignment. I have emailed and called multiple times and all I have received are promises that I will be assisted by another department. I want my marked assignment back to see how it was marked and what I need to improve on my next assignment. No one has explained to me how exams work. Their service is quick and friendly until you start paying. I will never study through distance learning again. Absolutely pathetic.
