Horrible Intec College

Pathetic Service waiting more than a year for one mark, student support is a dutt as well as complaints, they don't even bother contacting back, I posted a review on hellopeter and a guy from Intec contacts me, his busy eating while he talks to me very rude, then he tells me that I have to pay extra money so that they can extend my studies so that it can be marked, but I completed all my studies in time so I refuse to pay extra, he also wanted me to send in my hard copies of my results, basically my exams probably so that they can loose it and then claim I have no proof of there poor service, They marked all my tests sometimes after losing it multiple times having me re-send and re-send. I passed all my tests with flying colors just to not get my certification because they cant mark one last assignment, I have re-send this assignment so many times, hearing so many stories as to why it was lost. Sorry we have outsourced tutors who basically just toss your assignment in a bin if they find it difficult to mark. So this guy contacts me, on the same day my phone gets ******, with his contact information on I contact student support for this guy to contact me back, like usual nothing back. I did three courses with them the first I got my certification about a year after completing the course, the second course they said was a sun certified java course which they never told me that I needed third party to get accredation basically Pearson Vue, even after asking them they said nothing about this, when I wanted my certificate they said I needed to go to Pearson Vue for this, so why didn't they tell me that from the start so I could have skipped them completely and go to Pearson Vue from the start get my certificate and save money, my third course I am still waiting for that mark forever it seems I want my money back. Whatever you do don't study through Intec or Damelin is the same place.
