HORRIBLE

Because of no support from the college, I decided to cancel the course. I was frustrated by their portal and was over trying to get help.

Well in May i completed their cancellation form and sent it. It is now October and they are still deducting fees from my bank account. I call and send emails, only to be told that they have a backlog due to covid 19. Well eventually some person tells me to send it to accounts do the debit order will be stopped. Needless to say they keep deducting even when i have the debit order reversed and blocked with my bank.

This thing is affecting my credit but no one seems to care
