Horrible and POOR Service by Intec College

I registered with Intec college in June 2021, the lady who was assisting me with the registration was communication with me daily, wanting the sale I Think, as I enquired with them in March or April for the course I wanted, she ensured that the registration was smooth, Immediately after they received the full tuition fee, she started ignoring my call, when I enquire to when will I receive my study material they gave procurement is waiting for the payment, is this payment from Me, I asked, no the institution, months went trying to find out what is happening no respond is received, Last week I sent an email to the lady who was assisting me, she now refers me to someone else, she has been off since November, But I spoke to her in November and promised me that her manager will be in contact with me.

Since June 2021 to date I still haven't received my study material, I asked for the refund they claim that they will review and advise if I do qualify for the refund and it takes 3 months for this process to be completed, on top of that they will deduct a certain fee from the money I paid. New students and parent please be aware and do not register your kids to such institutions.
