Hopeless

<p>Hi, I`ve actually lost count on the number of times I`ve contacted the Intec student support to get hold of my outstanding study material: compare this with the efficiency they showed when they were trying to get registration money from me!!!</p> <p>Every time I try to get in touch with my so-called tutor I`m sent on a vicious cycle by whoever is answering the phone , only to be sent the same material I`ve been at pains to expain I have already recieved.</p> <p>All I receive after afew days is an sms informing that my query has been resolved.</p> <p>I`m done now!</p> <p>Can somebody advise me how to go about recouping my money as I have absolutely no hope of ever continuing with my studies.</p> <p> </p> <p>Desperate</p> <p>Michael</p>
