Highly disappointed client

I enrolled at intec collage I payed my deposit on 30 april 2019 2 months later they send me tread messages for me to pay my deposit after I contacted them regarding this problem witch no one could assist me on. I desided to cancell my course in june. At the end of june they still deducted money from my account after a cancelled 2 weeks prior. I contacted them they adfised me that my cancellation has not been supmitted yet put me trough to acoounts were no one could assist me after been transfered 6 times and ask to speek to a superior regarding this matter the concultant told me the will not put me through to a superior to assist me regarding this matter. The consultant refused to listen to me regarding my quary. I want my deposit aswell as monthly fee that has been deducted for they refuse to pay me back after i canselled. Would you please be so kind to help me regarding this matter.
