heartbreaking Horrible service - Intec College

I registered for a year course with Intec college in 2018 , the whole of 2019 I was sending emails and calling numerous times to ask for my certificate , the response will always be the lecture has not yet submitted your assignment results we are sending an email to him to submit , I paid for that course , I did not do it for fun. I have even went to campus but was advised to keep on contacting the call centre . I am so hurt cause I need my certificate
