Handed over by INTEC falsely

Sometime last year (2014) i received an sms from NICS to say that i must contact them re \arrangement that i made to pay my outstanding debt". I then phoned *** as requested. I explained to the lady i was speaking to that i do not owe their INTEC any cent and I never studied with INTEC. I received another sms on Monday 09 March 2015 form this NICS people. My only sin was that i signed a contract with INTEC and paid a deposit in January 2009. Then my circumstances changed drastically and i had to cancel the course around March 2009. I battled to get INTEC to come to party because all their are interested in was MONEY. They continued to deduct R380 from my bank account until May 2009. So i paid a deposit of R1140 plus R1900 of the fees. I mentioned over and over to INTEC and to their millions of attorneys that they had handed me to that i do not owe them any cent. Why does it sound like i took a LOAN from INTEC??? I should be the one to be refunded. I made a very big mistake by signing those papers with INTEC. """
