Gave wrong information and don't want to refund

I wanted to do a Make Up Artistry course and enquired for one by INTEC College ,before I registered for this course I asked the sales consultant if the MAKE -UP KIT was INCLUDED and was advised YES but not the text book, therefore I registered with the college ,i initially paid a deposit of R1000.00 and my account was debited monthly with an amount of R320.00 for two months, a few weeks later i then enquired why I have not received the kit yet and was advised that it was not INCLUDED , i called the college several times regarding my de-registration and was advised that i should complete a form and send it to them this was done on the 02 February 2016 up until today i am still waiting for feedback from the college instead all they do is send me new invoices which i don't understand how one can pay for something you are not doing. I want a refund as the mistake was not on my side.
