FULL REFUND!

I app**** to do my two subjects for my senior certificate with Intec College October 2015 as of today I have not received one book or study material from these people I received an SMS in December stating my books will be delivered within 21 days I emailed the lady I did my registration with she said she cant help me as she only does the registration process she forwarded my email to the relevant people not one of them has made an effort to contact me I'm very frustrated and disgusted by this lame service for I am scheduled to write in June and I have no books I don't want any further dealings with these people they are conveniently deducting money from my account but I am not receiving any service from them. I WANT MY MONEY BACK! INCLUDING THE DEPOSIT I HAD TO PAY!<br>
