Frustrated

I wrote two exams in November 2019 - Developmental Psychology and Organisational Psychology. I have received my results for Developmental Psychology (exam and assignments). I have been battling to obtain my result for Organisational Psychology(exam and assignments). After numerous telephone calls to your contact centre and back and forth emails, I was advised that the reason I have not been able to receive my results for Organisational Psychology was due to the fact that my duration for my studies has expired. Why was i allowed to write these exam in the first place. Why was my exam fees not refunded if my duration of studies has expired. How is it possible for the College to release result for Developmental Psychology and not Organisational Psychology.
