Frustrated & disappointed at Intec College

Intec College should not even get a one star. I registered with Intec College as I have been studying with them on & off over the years. My employer is currently paying for my studies and Intec College was the only College that offered the programme which I needed for my job. I made the mistake by telling my colleagues that this College is good & we will have no problems with them due to my past good experiences that I have had. Now, the problem comes in where our assignments were due to be released on 30 September 2024 and to date there has been no communication to the students as to what is happening. The exam registration opened on 1 October 2024 & will be closing on 15 October 2024. I have been on the phone to Intec College and was caller number 1 for about 3 hours to which I still could not get through. I have sent numerous emails which remains unanswered to date & still no notification has been placed on the website as to what is happening. No emails have been sent to the students either. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed in this College as they are willing to take my monthly instalments until the fees are settled with little or no concerns about the students at all. My colleagues have also just confirmed that they were on hold for such a long time on the phone & still could not get through to a representative this morning.
