Frustrated

I would never study at intec college again. It's been a few time that I have had problems with intec. They have been holding my results due to outstanding payment. We make a plan to pay the full amount to get the results but they dont give it. I must call everyday and email like they doing me a favor when they getting paid to do their job. Our results we ready and out a long time ago so why am I waiting. They too fast to ask for their money but cant provide the service!
