Complaint: I have registered with Intec for a course last year around about October/ November 2019. Before they confirmed that my application was approved they deducted the fee that was required without my consent and before they confirmed the approval of my application. I then cancelled the application/ registration. The consultant (Sibosiso) of which I still have the proof of email address and all our communications. I received the cancellation form and completed it the same day and send it to the required department and cc Sibosiso in the mail. I am still receiving threats that my account is overdue and I will be held responsible for payments, after I have sent the completed cancellation forms and provided it the same day. I never received any study materials and or any other information regarding the studies because I have cancelled it. I still receive treats on via email and telephonically that my account is overdue. I have explained that I have cancelled the application and I am not responsible for any payments. I was just ignored and the threats still continues. Damaging my credit report of which I cancelled the application and same was noted by the consultant. Now they have black listed me and I am not able to apply for any loans and they have damaged my name and credit profile. Please note if you do not settle this matter, take off the ********** debt listed on my credit report of which I am not indebted to. I will report you to the department of education and hand you over to the relevant ombudsman. I will settle this matter legally and correctly. my rights remain strictly reserved. Your response is urgently required due to this incompetency how this matter was handled and Intec College never correctly processed the cancellation after I have send my cancellation forms to the correct email address.
