<p>On the 13th of June 2017, I contacted Intec College about their Senior Certificate Course.<br />Fathima then called me and told me everything about the course and how Intec works and that they currently have a CASH PROMOTION. So, I asked her to email me all the necessary information which she did. I spoke to Fathima on the 19,26,27 29,30th of June 2017.I explicitly asked Fathima Ballim what the costs is going to be and she told me it is only the R 4950 of the cash promotion and then there will be an exam fee that must be paid to the Department of Education, but she also stated that only some venues charge the exam fee not all of them. So, I asked her the handbook do we need to purchase them and she said NO the handbooks is available online so only if you want a hard copy you need to buy the handbooks. The hard copy study guides according to her we would receive through the couriers. When I received my package from the couriers on the 14th of July there was only a hard copy orientation book in and a stick (according to me I was obviously supposed to get hard copy study guides). After receiving this insufficient package, I called Intec to find out what is going on and the lady then informed me that they do not supply the handbooks and the study guides is only on the stick and we won’t receive a hard copy book. I phoned my Academic Advisor John Baba Sandow and asked him if it is true that we don’t receive any hard copy books and he then informed me that we can request hard copy books from ********** because they do supply hard copy books especially for students whom don’t have access to computers. I then emailed them on the 20th of July and today the 24th of July I receive a call from a Gha**** Rodgers stating that all the document I signed stated that we only receive a USB did I then not read the documents. So, I told him I did read it and phoned Fathima and asked her about everything and everything she said is in the above mentioned. Gha**** Rodgers was very rude and not willing to assist me in any way possible. Fathima is quite a clever lady always phoning me and never emailing me all the information we discussed on the emails. As a conclusion Fathima Ballim made a lot of promises and none of them was kept by INTEC. Fathima Ballim is falsely advertising and makes a lot of promises that are not kept. She was quick to phone each day to hear if the forms are signed and that the monies are paid and now that we have problems with INTEC College you never hear from Fathima. Me and my colleague both app**** to do Matric through INTEC college and Fathima told us both only lies and deceived us. I will take this matter further and if necessary then I will go to the Small Claims Court and Carte Blanche. </p>
