<p>I have been waiting for TWO years to receive a certificate for the course I completed and paid for in full. My e-mails are ignored. The so-called help-line is useless, as is the online chat facility. No communication from Intec whatsover as to what the delay is. My patience has run out. Intec College has not kept its end of the deal and they have happily taken my money.</p>
