FORCED TO PAY FOR SERVICES NOT RENDERED

To whom it may concern. I enrolled at Intec to better my studies, and to improve myself as an individual. To my surprise I never received any study material, and was promised a tablet and 10% off the tuition fees. I payed for a while hoping that I will be sent the material, but to date haven't received a thing. How do I pass if no material is sent? Then I followed up but was always sent from pillar to post, which didn't make things easier for me. I stopped paying, and later on I was sent messages for collection, and now I recently discovered that I have been blacklisted on ITC. What kind of an institution does this, they don't meet their end of the bargain, no investigation, but list an individual for not paying? I have been recently sent a letter of demand, that I must settle the amount within ten working days, how do I do that if I m being listed, what employer in the commercial environment, where I m trying to seek employment is going to take a chance to hire me? No investigations are done, but the institution is there just for financial gain from vulnerable persons like my self. This is not fair, and I hope I will be contacted with a resolution to this problem.
