Finished Studies in 2017, STILL WAITING FOR MY CERTIFICATE

I studied with Intec, finished my studies in November 2017. Since January 2018, I have phoned numerous times so that we can sort out the issue with my certificate, first time they said they have to contact the moderator (think that is what they are called) so that they can compile my portfolio and issue my certificate. Now more than a year later and a lot of phone calls, I still have not received anything

I want to study further, but can't as I am waiting on Intec to issue me my certificate They are fast when they want to sign you up as a student, but any problems you may have during your study period, they do not really put in an effort to help sort your problems. I must say not all the people that work at intec is bad at their job, but majority is
