Failure to deliver my certificate

<p>I'm really annoyed and ****ed off with Intec right now. I completed ny course last year already and I was supposed to have received my certificate before the end of the year. I called in November and the person that I spoke to assured me that my certificate will be sent to the Hatfield address which I had given over the phone. Next thing the certificate was sent to the Rosslyn post and I never even received a notification from Intec. I only received a tracking number from the post office when the parcel was going back already! On the post office website it shows that parcel RC***ZA was actually sent back to Intec and Bryan Jefferyds received it at 15:14 but till now after calling a hundred times since February no one has bothered to send my certificate back! Every time I call I always get the same pathetic excuse but no one ever solves my problem. I need to submit that certificate to my HR as I studied on a bursary. I'm really disappointed with Intec and I will never ever study with you again! How difficult is it to resend a certificate? It's now half a year already but still everytime I call nothing ever gets done. So clearly someone there is not doing their job!</p>
