Failure to assist student

It has been a full 3 month after Ive last contacted "student support" and Recieved the feedbeack after nunerouse of excuses and faild correspondance! Regarding assignment submitted on Aug 2017 - last time I've asked Student support to Mail me the marked assignment 96 days have long passed!! Uselessness galore! A hole 150 days more than your promised 30 day Policy!

INTEC's after sales service is pathetic I am sick and tierd of apologies and excuses - I realy dont know why INTEC even bother in sending service evaluation questionairs if they cant even do a simple task as delivering to what is being promised by just sending me the MARKED ASSIGNMENT BY EMAIL!!!!!

With reference to the Above issues, not having submitted my 3rd and 4th assignment and not yet received any feed back regarding the 2nd assignments I am NOT ready to wright Exams!

How does Intec expect a failing student (in my case) to improve and pass the exams if INTEC doent return the assignmnets prior to exam time... this is Correspondance learning people!! is this not the Hole dam point of the assiggnments?!

If this is the type of "Student support" I want a refund! Clearly They cant be botherd as what is happening with the sudent As im not getting anyware with regards too ANY feedback...

Ive paid for the course in full even for the exams THAT I CANT WRITE DUE TO LACK OF FEED BACK!! So I dont know what the hold up is from Intecs side! Ive done my part but INTEC has faild to impress and assist me over and over again.

The corse is suppose to be 2years my first year is wasted... gone.. past.... in di see gesmuit!!

So to answer your question THIS CUSTOMER IS NOT HAPPY AND I WILL TELL ANYONE CONSIDERING STUDYING WITH INTEC NOT TO!!

Every time I phone and waste MY AIRTIME JUST to hear MORE FALSE AND EMPTY PROMISES. THEY DONT RESPOND TO EMAIL AMD THE VIRTUAL CAMPUS IS MOST OF THE TIME DOWN

This is very frustrating and demotivating!!!! The main reason why I chose Intec was beacuse I cant afford to spend my time wasted to folow up on.feedback that was suppos to be given FOR THE SERVICE IVE PAID FOR UPFRONT but since ive registed and paid ur money Ive had no joy what so ever..
