failing to deliver study material

Been registered since Jan 2015 for a supposed SAQA registerd course in Business Management, till to date I'm on an ongoing wait for my study material, have been promised month after month that my study material will be delivered, week after week I have phoned the call centre only to be given false promises, worst part is that they have started to even debit my monthly instalments yet they have not met their end of a deal, I reckon they have offered a bogus course that they don't have material for, all I need is help to retrieve my deposit. Intec collage has waisted 4 precious months for me that i could have used to push my studies.
