Failing to Deliver on Promise

I don't know where to start to be honest. My name is Charity Ntombela I've registered to study at Intec College in September 2014 I have still not received my study material and I am writing my exams in May. I queried this several times. Then in December I've received an email stating that the study material will be delivered in 21 or 31 day but up until now I have not received anything. Now I only have 2 months and few weeks to study for my exams,\ WHAT A SAD JOKE".<br> I have now asked them to cancel my registration I am still waiting for feedback how disappointing. Communication from Intec college is pethetic. They have ruined my career I am very disappointed and stressed at the same time. I just want them to refund me then I will never evercommunicate with them EVER """
