My experience starts on the 23rd of June 2015 when I first registered with Intec. I paid in full, without ANY hassles.

After writing my first, and only exam, I realised that it would be better to do a full Bachelor's Degree.

I took the effort to find their local head office to speak to someone IN PERSON to get the full list of items that they need from me to make the deregistration process smoother.

21st of November 2015, they received an email with EVERYTHING they needed.

After many ignored emails and posting on Hello Peter, I receive an unreasonable response from them. With a response saying that I should be getting the money by the 20th century of June 2016.

It is the 8th of July 2016, I still haven't received my refund. Instead... I get THIS email from them, after Shakier Achmat promises to prioritise my payment for this week!

The student number is mine, but that's not my name.

I am so tired of this. R3000 may not be much for some, but when you're unemployed, it does make a difference.

Monday, the 4th of July 2016, the Office of the Consumer Protector referred me to Zozo Siyengo, but I've not had any feedback from that department...

I have sent a response to this email, the very same day, but I have yet to receive a response. Perhaps, it's still within the SLA allowed period... I do not recall how long their SLA periods are, anymore.

Regardless, this is the most unprofessional institution I have had dealings with.
