fail to comply with T and C

Student No: ***/ ID No:***.I have send the letter of cancellation on the 28/03/2015 and i have not got any respond yet.My registration was processed and finalised on the 4th of February 2015. I was advised that I will receive my study material within 21 days. I have patiently waited until the 4th of much 2015. I never got any massage advising me about the delay of my books until I sent an email to Andrew Mpofu, he never respond to my email . I call him and he said to me he is not responsible for the delivering of books, I must call the call centre and enquire. I called the call centre and logged the query and I was told that no one will call me I must keep on calling until I get my books which I find very unprofessional
