Extremely POOR SERVICE

Hello. i have been struggling since end of April 2024 to get a refund from this college for an unauthorized debit order deduction and to compound it further they did another deduction today. The problem is that nobody answers emails or you hold on for sometimes a hour and then you just get tired and just drop the call. On a scale of 1 - 10 for service delivery i would give them a minus 10
