Extremely BAD service

I requested a cancellation form on the 25/08/2015 and received it almost instantly, was advised cancellation would take about 6-8 weeks. its almost 11 weeks now and nothing. Quick to call to join like in an hour but very poor at anything else. On top of that I received the study material on the last day of agreed period and only receive the stationary 2 weeks ago. I have not used anything as yet nor submitted anything.<br> They are quick to call when you don't pay as well, but here it is I WON'T pay a cent for no service received and extremely poor service. I should of looked here first before I considered using Intec. I would of seen all the BAD comments and service people gave and received. I will NOT recommend Intec to anyone.<br> Highly disappointed.
