Extremely Bad Service

I have been a student with Intec College for 2 years now and I have been having problems with them ever since I registered with them.

I am still waiting for my November results and I have not had feedback from them. Everytime I contact them, I am dealing with a different person and each person gives me the wrong information even although my request is very clear.

I have had to miss 2 exams due to the incompetence of Intec College and probably going to miss yet another one.
