Experience with Intec College

Can someone who has successfully graduated from Intec College please share their experience?

I have fulfilled all requirements, including submitting assignments and writing exams. However, I discovered that while one of my assignments was marked, the other 10 are still pending, even though they were submitted in 2023. Despite numerous follow-ups, I have been told that this is "under investigation," yet there has been no progress to date. Now, as we approach 2025, I still have no updates or progress statements, but monthly deductions from my account continue without fail.

The lack of communication from Intec College is extremely frustrating. Staff members are unresponsive and nonchalant when they occasionally answer calls, and emails take months—if not a year—to get a reply. This situation is unacceptable, and I would appreciate hearing from anyone who has managed to navigate this process successfully.
