Hi when I signed up to study through Intec I had numerous issues and I was struggling to get assistance, I also saw a lot of complaints on social media, students that are struggling to get assistance, others that decided to drop out because it's very difficult to study through Intec, etc, I then thought that I made a mistake by studying through Intec, the student journey officer by the name of Sumaiya Wilkinson was assigned to assist me, from the time she was assigned to me, she attended to all my issues, she kept me updated on the progress of problems/issues that I've reported and she made sure that my problems got sorted out, there was never a time that she couldn't help me or didn't know how to assist me, I've got the best Student Journey Officer, keep up the good work Sumaiya, don't get tired of assisting us and to answer all our questions, you've been great so far and your manager/s should reward you for a job well done..
