Examination Results

<p>In June 2016 I registered for writing exam unfortunately I was not registered on the institute to write. I went to the centre to make enquiries . The invidgulator phone the institution head office and I was called by one of the lectures from Intec and was informed me that I wont be able to write exam because I was not registered. </p> <p> </p> <p>I left the centre without doing anything and not knowing that I have to phone the exam department about what happened.</p> <p>In November 2016 I was then registered and wrote exam and pay the exam amount in February 2017. But I was called during January 2017 by the one of the consultants at the institution and claiming that I am owing the amount of R1 800,00 and I explain to her that I just wrote in November 2016 not in June because I was not registered. She then inform me that she will escalate my query to the relevant department and she will call me back with the outcome but they did not. </p> <p> </p> <p>I called and spoke to numerous consultant from the Exam to the Account department requesting my result but no one has been assisting me with my request. I then finaly spoke with one Nomvula at the Account Department but she was very rude and she told me that I wont be able to get my result as I am still owing the amount of R900.00 for the June Exam.</p> <p>My Student Number is ********** 3373.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
