Exam results drama

One thing I can say is im super dissappointed at the Institution. First my tuition fees is fully paid but I'm still outstanding material. Secondly the institution and I have a dissagreement regarding exam results. I have been failing everytime I write exams so I requested assistance from the institution but their assistance was what led to the situation at hand. They are telling me about mistakes that I made on my answer sheet so I requested that they send me answer sheet so we can both talk of what we both can see which they refused. My response was that I cannot pay exam fees if I'm not sure that I was getting the assistance I needed. I need to do better in order for me to achieve this I need those answer sheet as refference is made to them. Till to date we have not communicated and I'm still oustanding material and they still refusing to send copy of answer sheet so i can do better on my next exams.
