Empty Promisses

<p>After much struggle and a hello peter report they phones me and promised that everything will be sorted out that very day. and yet i am STILL waiting for past papers and writing exams in a bit over a week without a exam confirmation letter.. i would really appreciate it if you can sort this out TODAY!!!!!!!</p>
