empty promises

this is very simple i signed up with you guys October 2014 i had part of my study martial delivered on the 2nd of December 2014. it is currently the 29th of April 2015 and i am still waiting for the rest of my things. Shakir ensured me that i will have them 2 weeks ago which has not happened which i have email proof as well nor have i heard anything from him since the last email. my course is almost up and i still cant complete my assignments without.
