Empty promises

I've been dealing with JHB branch since last year about my daughter to be enrolled for Diploma in PA. Everything was smooth and fine and the correspondence went well. As soon as I did the payment (full payment on the course) in January i've had NO feedback or communication from INTEC. On enquiry I'm pushed from pillar to post and when sending e-mails don't get reply and if i get \will find out and get back to you"- but nothing happens. On enquiry to the Cape Town Branch where we are situated last week"
